Come in your best costumes and collect candy from friends representing Local Art Plug, UNETech, KPAO, local daycares and more! There will be a petting zoo by Scatter Joy Acres, cotton candy by Cloud bailey LLC, popcorn, and of course candy and the best thing about it is it’s all free!!
